P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Anteseden customer loyalty Restaurant Fast Food. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah konsumen fast food restaurant. Jumlah data yang diambil pada penelitian inisebanyak 160 responden sebagai sampel penelitian, yang telah mengkonsumsi restoran fast food minimal satu kali dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa anteseden dari Customer loyalty fast food restaurant adalah Food Quality, Physical Environment Quality, Employee Service Quality, dan Brand Image. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna untuk manajer khususnya manajer pemasaran restoran fast food dalam menciptakan kualitas makanan yang lebih lezat, selalu menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, tertib dalam mendidik karyawan, menyesuaikan desain restoran dengan tren terbaru

T This research aims to find out the Anteseden customer loyalty Restaurant Fast Food. The data used in this study is fast food restaurant consumers. The amount of data taken on the study was as many as 160 respondents as a sample of the study, who had consumed fast food restaurants at least once in the last 6 months. From the results of the study found that the antecedents of Customer loyalty fast food restaurants are Food Quality, Physical Environment Quality, Employee Service Quality, and Brand Image. The results of this study are expected to be useful for managers, especially fast food restaurant marketing managers in creating more delicious food quality, always maintaining environmental cleanliness, orderly in educating employees, adjustingrestaurant design to the latest trends.
