I Industri kosmetik di indonesia saat ini berkembang cukup pesat, terutama di sektor perawatan kulit, sehingga persaingan di sektor perawatan kulit menjadi sangat ketat dan terus meningkat. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden dari repurchase intention pada skincare lokal. penelitian ini memperoleh data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada individu yang adalah pengguna sosial media aktif dan pernah melihat postingan-postingan dalam sosial media mengenai produk skincare lokal. penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 260 responden. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software spss 23.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari price, product quality, dan customer satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention. sedangkan brand image dinyatakan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap repurchase intention.
T The cosmetic industry in indonesia is currently growing quite rapidly, especially in the skincare sector, so competition in the skincare sector has become very tight and continues to increase. the study aims to analyze antecedents of repurchase intention in local skincare. this research obtained data by distributing questionnaires online to individuals who were active social media users and had seen posts on social media regarding local skincare products. this research uses a non-probability sampling method, with a purposive sampling technique. the sample used in this research was 260 respondents. the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using spss 23 software.the results of this research show that there is a positive influence of price, product quality, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. meanwhile, brand image is stated to have no influence on repurchase intention.
