Pengaruh risiko operasional dan manajemen risiko rantai pasok terhadap kinerja operasional pada rantai pasok
K Kehandalan manajemen perusahaan dalam menangani risiko operasional termasuk pengelolaan kapasitas ekstra, alternatif moda transportasi, dan rencana darurat mendukung pengiriman tepat waktu. Kesadaran manajemen terhadap dampak penurunan ekonomi global dan masalah hukum eksternal memperkuat operasional perusahaan, termasuk stabilitas teknologi rantai pasok. Komunikasi yang baik dan keterlibatan pelanggan dalam sistem Just in Time (JIT) serta pemeliharaan yang memadai menjaga kualitas dan keamanan produk. Keterlibatan pemasok dan operator produksi yang tinggi meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada 251 karyawan di industri logistik dan terkait di Indonesia, dengan metode purposive sampling dan analisis Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Supply Risk, External Risk, dan Demand Risk terhadap Operational Risk, serta dampak Operational Risk dan Supply Chain Risk Management terhadap Operational Performance

Management's awareness of the impact of global economic downturns and external legal issues strengthens the company's operations, including the stability of supply chain technology. Effective communication and customer involvement in Just in Time (JIT) systems, along with adequate maintenance, ensure product quality and safety. High involvement from suppliers and production operators enhances responsibility and productivity. This study uses primary data from questionnaires distributed to 251 employees in logistics and related industries in Indonesia, with purposive sampling and Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The results show the impact of Supply Risk, External Risk, and Demand Risk on Operational Risk, as well as the effects of Operational Risk and Supply Chain Risk Management on Operational Performance
