Pengaruh servant leadership dan work-life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada tenaga kependidikan di perguruan tinggi swasta wilayah jakarta barat
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Work-LifeBalance terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Job Satisfaction sebagaivariabel mediasi. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer yangbersumber dari kuesioner dalam google form yang disebarkan kepada responden. Sampelpenelitian adalah tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis dari dua universitasswasta di DKI Jakarta yang masuk pada top three yang prodinya sudah terakreditasiLAMEMBA dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 240responden yang menjadi sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis adalahmetode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program AMOS. Hasil dalampenelitian ini adalah variabel Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior. Selain itu Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadapOrganizational Citizenship Behavior. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa JobSatisfaction dapat memediasi pengaruh servant leaderahip terhadap OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior namun Job Satisfaction tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Work-LifeBalance terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapatdilihat bahwa Servant Leadership dan Job Satisfaction memberikan pengaruh terbesar terhadapOrganizational Citizenship Behavior. Implikasi manajerial pihak manajemen dapat melakukankegiatan pelatihan mengenai pelayanan Servant Leadership agar dapat memberikan pelayananyang terbaik. Kemudian, sebaiknya pihak manajemen dapat meninjau ulang mengenai gajiyang diberikan sehingga tenaga kependidikan memiliki kepuasan kerja. Pihak manajemendapat menyediakan fasilitas konseling dan pelatihan untuk mengelola Work-Life Balance,melakukan Focus Group Discussion serta survey secara berkala untuk mengumpulkan umpanbalik.
T This research aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Work-Life Balance onOrganizational Citizenship Behavior through Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The dataused in this study is primary data sourced from questionnaires in Google Forms distributed torespondents. The research sample consists of educational staff from the Faculty of Economicsand Business from two private universities in DKI Jakarta that are ranked in the top three withprograms accredited by LAMEMBA, using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 240respondents as the sample. The data analysis used for hypothesis testing is the StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM) method with the AMOS program. The results of this study showthat the Servant Leadership variable has a positive effect on Organizational CitizenshipBehavior. Additionally, Work-Life Balance positively influences Organizational CitizenshipBehavior. The research results also indicate that Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect ofServant Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but Job Satisfaction cannotmediate the effect of Work-Life Balance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Based on theresearch results, it can be seen that Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction have the greatestinfluence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Managerial implications that can beimplemented include conducting training activities on Servant Leadership to provide the bestservice. Furthermore, management should review the salaries provided so that educational staffhave Job Satisfaction. Management can provide counseling facilities and training to manageWork-Life Balance, conduct Focus Group Discussions, and perform periodic surveys to gatherfeedback.
