P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational resilience, Work life balance, Intrinsic reward dan Work related well being terhadap Jobsatisfaction pada karyawan Hotel ASTON Pasteur Bandung.Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui platform google form. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampelyang digunakan sebanyak 140responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data cross-sectional dan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini hypothesis testing dengan bantuan alat analisis soft ware SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Organizational resilience berpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction, Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction, Intrinsic rewardberpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction, dan Work related well being berpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction.Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi semua karyawan untuk mempertahankan Organizational resilience, Intrinsic reward, Work related well being, Job satisfaction serta meningkatkan Work life balnce karena memiliki pengaruh terendah pada penelitian ini. Sehingga diharapkan kedepannya dapat meningkatkan Job satisfaction pada karyawan Hotel ASTON Pasteur Bandung

T This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational resilience, Work life balance, Intrinsic rewards and Work related well being on Job satisfaction among ASTON Pasteur Hotel Bandung employees.This research uses quantitative data by distributing questionnaires online through the Google Forms platform. The sampling method in this study used a sample of 140 respondents. This study uses cross-sectional data and the analytical method used in this study is hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS software analysis tool version 25.The results of this study indicate that Organizational resilience has a positive effect on Job satisfaction, Work life balance has a positive effect on Job satisfaction, Intrinsic reward has a positive effect on Job satisfaction, and Work related well being has a positive effect on Job satisfaction.From the results of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for all employees to maintain Organizational resilience, Intrinsic rewards, Work related well being, Job satisfaction and improve Work life balance because it has the lowest influence in this study. So that it is hoped that in the future it can increase Job satisfaction for ASTON Pasteur Hotel Bandung employees
