Pengaruh work environment characteristics, harmonious passion, obssesive passion terhadap work engagement pada karyawan wisata otomotif pasir Picay Belitung Timur
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh Work Environment Characteristics, Harmonious Passion, Obsessive Passion, terhadap Work Engagement padakaryawan Objek Wisata Otomotif Pasir Picay Belitung Timur. Variabel independen dalampenelitian ini adalah Work Environment Characteristics, Harmonious Passion, ObsessivePassion dan variabel dipenden dalam penelitian ini adalah Work Engagement. Responden dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 122 orang karyawan yang bekerja di Objek Wisata Otomotif Pasir Picay. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sedangkan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat analisis berupa Structural Equation Model (SEM).Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa WorkEnvironment Characteristics mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Harmonious Passion, Work Environment Characteristics mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Obsessive passion, Harmonious Passion mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, dan Obsessive passion mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement. Implikasi bagi manajer SDM yaitu diharapkan selalu memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan kerja di dalam perusahaan, memperhatikan Obsessive Passion yang terjadi kepada karyawan, berupaya untuk meningkatkan Harmonious Passion dan Work Engagement.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Environment Characteristics,Harmonious Passion, Obsessive Passion, on Work Engagement on the employees of the Pasir Picay East Belitung Automotive Tourism Object. The independent variables in this study are Work Environment Characteristics, Harmonious Passion, Obsessive Passion and the dependent variable in this study is Work Engagement. Respondents from this study using a sample of 122 employees who work at the Sand Picay Automotive Tourism Object. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. While in testing the hypothesis by using an analytical tool in the form of Structural Equation Model (SEM).Based on the results of hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that WorkEnvironment Characteristics have a positive influence on Harmonious Passion, WorkEnvironment Characteristics have a positive influence on Obsessive Passion, Harmonious Passion has a positive influence on Work Engagement, and Obsessive passion has a positive influence on Work Engagement. The implication for HR managers is that they are expected to always pay attention to the conditions of the work environment within the company, pay attention to the Obsessive Passion that occurs to employees, strive to increase Harmonious Passion and Work Engagement.
