P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Work Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS 24.0. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 70 karyawan PT. Mega Central Finance yang berlokasi di Jakarta Timur dengan menggunakan metode sensus.Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh negatif Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Turnover Intention dan terdapat pengaruh negatif Work Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan dapat mempertahankan Perceived Organizational Support dan dapat mempertahankan Work Engagement sehinggadapat menekan Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT. Mega Central Finance Cabang KPM Jakarta Timur.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Work engagement on Turnover Intention. The research conducted is quantitative research by distributing quesionnaries. This study uses by hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 software. The data in the study were collected from 70 employees of PT. Mega Central Finance which is located at East Jakarta using the census method.The results of the hypothesis test in the study show that there is no negative effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Turnover Intention. And there is a negative influance of Work Engagement on Turnover Intention. The result of this study are to be able to maintain Perceived Organizational Support and Work Engagement so they can decrease Turnover Intention on employees in PT. Mega Central Finance KPM East Jakarta Branch
