P Pit Ulak Pandan 01 secara izin usaha terletak pada blok penambangan Selero di area Izin Usaha Pertambangan milik PT Bumi Merapi Energi (PT BME). Secara administrasi pit UP 01 terletak di desa Ulak Pandan, Kecamatan Merapi Barat, Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan. Pit UP 01 sebelumnya dikelola oleh perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan lain yang project–Nya tidak terselesaikan dikarenakan putus kerjasama dengan PT BME selaku pemilik IUP, yang kemudian diambil alih oleh PT Mahakarya Bangun Persada (PT MBP) pada bulan Mei 2023. Peralihan kontrak ini membuat PT MBP selaku kontraktor memerlukan validasi model geologi endapan dan melakukan perencanaan Life of Mine (LoM) ulang guna mengevaluasi permasalahan dari perusahaan kontraktor sebelumnya. target stripping ratio yang telah disepakati dan ditetapkan oleh kedua belah pihak antara pihak pemilik IUP (PT BME) dan kontraktor (PT MBP) adalah sebesar ≤ 4.Design final pit, dirancang dengan geometri lereng tinggi 10 m, lebar 5 m, Singel Slope Angle 45°. Sehingga didapatkan Overall Slope Angle yaitu sebesar 26° dan Inter-Ramp Slope Angle 28°, memiliki 1 jalan angkut produksi dengan 2 lajur untuk arus bolak balik. Memiliki 7 segment jalan dengan panjang rata-rata per-segment 104,4 meter, sehingga menghasilkan panjang total 0,73 km dengan kemiringan rata-rata 9,66%. Memiliki 1 rancangan main sump yang bersifat tidak menetap (mengikuti kemajuan tambang) dengan rancangan bentuk trapesium dengan total volume tampungan 14.400 m3. Rancangan final pit memiliki luasan boundary final yaitu 31,15 Ha dan boundary floor seluas 18,87 Ha. Forecast plan kebutuhan alat mekanis adanya penambahan 1 fleet penambangan pada coal getting dan penambahan armada unit yaitu 1 unit excavator Caterpillar 330 dan 7 unit DT Hino FM260JD. Penjadwalan produksi dijadwalkan perbulan selama umur penambangan dan pada tahun 2024 adanya penambahan fleet pada penambangan fleet coal getting dimulai dari awal bulan Januari hingga akhir bulan Desember, dengan total produksi overburden 7.155.000 BCM dan coal getting 2.065.000 Ton selama umur penambangan dan Squence dibagi menjadi 6 sequence penambangan per triwulan

P Pit Ulak Pandan 01 is located in the Selero mining block in the Mining Business License area owned by PT Bumi Merapi Energi (PT BME). Administratively, pit UP 01 is located in Ulak Pandan village, West Merapi District, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. Pit UP 01 was previously managed by another mining contracting company whose project was not completed due to the termination of cooperation with PT BME as the owner of IUP, which was then taken over by PT Mahakarya Bangun Persada (PT MBP) in May 2023. This contract transition makes PT MBP as the contractor need to validate the geological model of the sediment and re-plan the Life of Mine (LoM) to evaluate the problems of the previous contractor company. The stripping ratio target that has been agreed upon and set by both parties between the owner of the IUP (PT BME) and the contractor (PT MBP) is ≤ 4.The final pit design is designed with a slope geometry of 10 m high, 5 m wide, Single Slope Angle 45°. So that the Overall Slope Angle is 26° and the Inter-Ramp Slope Angle is 28°, it has 1 production transport road with 2 lanes for alt-flow flow. It has 7 road segments with an average length of 104.4 meters per segment, resulting in a total length of 0.73 km with an average slope of 9.66%. It has 1 main sump design that is non-sedentary (following the progress of the mine) with a trapezoidal design with a total storage volume of 14,400 m3. The final pit design has a final boundary area of 31.15 Ha and a boundary floor of 18.87 Ha. The forecast plan for the need for mechanical equipment is the addition of 1 mining fleet in coal getting and the addition of a fleet of units, namely 1 unit of Caterpillar 330 excavator and 7 units of DT Hino FM260JD. Production scheduling is scheduled monthly for the life of the mine and in 2024 there will be an additional fleet in the coal getting fleet mining starting from the beginning of January to the end of December, with a total overburden production of 7,155,000 BCM and coal getting 2,065,000 tons during the mining life and Squence divided into 6 mining sequences per quarter
