P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Commitmentterhadap Individual Creativity yang Dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behaviordan Knowledge Sharing di Industri Perbankan Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesionerdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 171karyawan di industri perbankan Indonesia yangditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakananalisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis structural equation model yang diolah denganprogram Amos22.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan terdapat lima hipotesis yang didukung dan empat hipotesisyang tidak didukung. Adapun hipotesis yang didukung yaitu terdapat pengaruh positiforganizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, organizationalcitizenship behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing, organizationalcitizenship behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap individual creativity, knowledge sharingberpengaruh positif terhadap individual creativity, dan variabel organizational citizenshipbehavior mampu memediasi pengaruh positif antara variabel organizational commitmentterhadap individual creativity. Sedangkan hipotesis yang tidak didukung yaituorganizational commitment tidak berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing,organizational commitment tidak berpengaruh terhadap individual creativity, knowledgesharing tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh antara variabel organizational commitmentterhadap individual creativity, dan terakhir knowledge sharing tidak mampu memediasipengaruh antara variabel organizational citizenship behavior terhadap individualcreativity.Adapun implikasi manajerial yang diberikan adalah dengan terus memastikan bahwa nilainilaiyang dianut oleh perusahaan sesuai dengan nilai yang dianut oleh karyawan agartercipta keselarasan antara pegawai dengan perusahaan. Meningkatkan kesediaankaryawan untuk ikut serta meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan dengan sukarela untukmenghadiri acara yang tidak diwajibkan agar dapat memperluas jaringan kolega yangdapat memberikan ilmu pengetahuan dan hal ini akan memudahkan karyawan tersebutdalam membuat prosedur baru dalam melakukan tugas pekerjaannya.

T This study was aimed to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment on IndividualCreativity mediated by Organizational CitizenshipBehavior and Knowledge Sharing ofIndonesian Banking Industry. The data used in this study is primary data collected using aquestionnaire with a total sample of 171 Indonesian Banking Industry employees wasdetermined using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptivestatistical analysis and a structural equation model processed with theAmos program.The results of the study found that there were five supported hypotheses and fourunsupported hypotheses. The hypothesis that is supported is that there is a positive effecton organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior, organizationalcitizenship behavior has a positive effect on knowledge sharing, organizational citizenshipbehavior has a positive effect on individual creativity, knowledge sharing has a positiveeffect on individual creativity, and variables organizational citizenship behavior able tomediate the positive influence between organizational commitment to individualcreativity. While the unsupported hypothesis are organizational commitment has no effecton knowledge sharing, organizational commitment has no effect on individual creativity,knowledge sharing unable to mediate the influence between organizational commitmentto individual creativity, and lastly, knowledge sharing is unable to mediate the influencebetween organizational citizenship behavior to individual creativity.The managerial implication given is to continue to ensure that the values shared by thecompany are following the values shared by employees to create harmony betweenemployees and the company. Increasing employee willingness to participate in improvingthe company's reputation by voluntarily attending events that are not required to expandthe network of colleagues who can provide knowledge and this will make it easier for theseemployees to create new procedures in carrying out their work assignments.
