D Di dalam ekonomi global saat ini, pengurangan aturan dan batasan usaha dalam menciptakan nilai pasar yang kompetitif, serta perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat pada perkembangannya telah memaksa setiap perusahaan yang berorientasi profit untuk selalu beradaptasi dalam persaingan ekonomi global. Dalam konteks memenangkan persaingan global tersebut, manajemen rantai pasok memiliki peran penting dewasa ini. Sebagai perusahaan jasa konstruksi perminyakan dengan wilayah kerja tesebar di seluruh dunia, PT. XYZ dituntut untuk selalu berinovasi baik dalam hal teknologi maupun dalam hal pengelolan manajemen. Salah satu bagian terpenting yang turut menentukan harga jual jasa konstruksi perminyakan dan memberikan kualitas pelayanan terbaik adalah logistik manajemen rantaiasok. PT. XYZ memandang bahwa jangka waktu dalam pergerakan material inventori dan aset serta kontrol biaya adalah kunci dari harga dan kualitas yan diberikan kepada konsumen. Dengan adanya beberapa proses pengeluara barang i pabean mengakibatkan jangka waktu pengiriman menjadi lama g4en man menjadi lebih mahal. Tesis ini dia.'. tuk me *kan usulan perbaikan dengan Ar perancangan system evaluasi inerja logistik-eng menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping. Setelah dilaku &aluasi pmetaan keadaan alctifitas logistic PT. XYZ saat ili kemu sa dengan salah satu alat dari Root Cause Analysis Atta- 5 Hasil d lua " kinerja logistik .dengan menggunakan Va re• M g g. ngambil contoh pengiriman secara acak adalah adanya penurunan jangka waktu pengiriman sebesar 22.48% dan penekanan biaya pengiriman sebesar 63%. Dengan adanya usulan perbaikan ini diharapkan PT.XYZ dapat mencapai goal perusahaan, yaitu memberikan kualitas yang lebih baik dan harga yang bersaing, memenangkan pasar di wilayah Indonesia.

A As one of oil service companies which work areas spread throughout the worldwide, PT XYZ is to constantly do innovation both in terms of technological aspect and management. The supply chain management is considered as one of the most fundamental sections that determines the selling price of oil service and also is demanded to provide good quality service. PT XYZ has a view over the material transfer, the inventory management, the assets, and the cost control. The issues that mentioned above have its very own lead time, which the lead time itself significantly settles on the rate of price and quality that given to the costumers. In every single checkpoint in any of authorized territory, the material transfer activity is controlled by the clearance regulation. The clearance activity is presumed as the cause of longer dellivery time and higher delivery cost. This research is focused on giving proposal of improvement based on analysis of the company's current situation. The result is expected to give alternative solution in order to reduce the materiii doery's lead time through logistic transportation and the company's operatiome requirements. The solution that is proposed on the topic of this research is by using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method. The VSNI is applied on the company's shipping current state to identify the problem and its effect to the delivery activity. The map describes a 1 business process of the company. The next step is categorized the ties in o a value-ateird activity group and non value-added activity group.SinVoISM identified that the non value-added activities are the clearances that on the Singaporean territory. This spotted problem is subsequently analyzed by using 5-Why diagram of the Root Cause Analysis method. From the system analysis, it has given a result that PT XYZ can possibly reduce the delivery time from 1272 hours to 986 hours, which is 22.48% shorter of the original state and reducing 63% of freight cost. After giving resolutions, a new version of VSM is pictured in order to give a desired future state. This future state implies the company ideal shipping movement in the future, which the material would be delivered from Canada to Jakarta straightforwardly.
