Pengaruh diversity management, ethical leadership, corporate social responsibility , organizational culture terhadap organizational trust pada kantor imigrasi kelas 1 Provinsi DKI Jakarta
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh diversity management, ethical leadership, corporate social responsibility, organizational culture terhadap organizational trust pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesionergoogle form (G-form). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptiv dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisa regresi sederhanadengan bantuan software SPSS 25.0. Responden dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 165 karyawan Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Provinsi DKI Jakartadengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positifdiversity management terhadap organizational trust, terdapat pengaruh positifethical leadership terhadap organizational trust, dan terdapat pengaruh positifcorporate social responsibilityterhadap organizational trust dan terdapat pengaruh positiforganizational cultureterhadap organizational trust. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer atau pimpinan agar memperhatikan ethical leadershipdengan dapat berkomunikasi dengan para bawahan dan memberdayakan para karyawan agar karyawan merasa dihargai dan dilibatkan oleh pimpinanyang dapat mempererat hubungan pimpinandalam rangka meningkatkanorganizationaltrust karyawan pada perusahaan
T This study aims to analyze the effect of diversity management, ethical leadership, corporate social responsibility, organizational culture on organizational trust in Class 1 Immigration Office DKI Jakarta Province. The research conducted was a quantitative study by distributing google form (G-form) questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and for testing the hypothesis using simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0 software. Respondents in the study were collected from 165 Class 1 Immigration Office employees in DKI Jakarta Province using a purposive sampling method. The results of the hypothesis testing in this study show that there is a positive effect of diversity management on organizational trust, there is a positive effect of ethical leadership on organizational trust, and there is a positive effect of corporate social responsibility on organizational trust and there is a positive effect of organizational culture on organizational trust. The results of this study are expected to provide input for managers or leaders to pay attention to ethical leadership by being able to communicate with subordinates and empower employees so that employees feel valued and involved by leaders who can strengthen leadership relationships in order to increase employee organizational trust in the company
