P Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Governance terhadap Financial Performance. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 35 perusahaan non financial yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode tahun 2004 sampai tahun 2008, yang telah diseleksi dengan metode purposive. sampling. Corporate Governance dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan Audit Committee, CEO Dua/iiy, Insider Holding , dan Board Size,sedangkan Financial Performance dukur dengan ROA, ROE, TOBINSQ, dan MVA. Me.tode. analisa data menggunakan analisis linear be.rganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini cliperoleh basil bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Corporate Governance (CEO Duality dan Board Size) dengan Financial Performance (ROA, ROE, Tobinsq, dan MVA).
T This study aimed to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance on Financial Performance. The sample used was 35 non-financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of the year 2004 until the year 2008, which has been selected by purposive sampling method. Corporate Governance in this study were measured by the Audit Committee, CEO Duality, insider Holdings, and Board Size, and Financial Performance is measured by ROA, ROE, Tobin 's Q, and MVA. Methods of data analysis using linear regression analysis. Based on this research shows that there is significant influence between Corporate Governance (CEO Duality and Board Size) with the Financial Performance (ROA, ROE, Tobins Q, and MVA).
