P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh Affective Commitment, Participations, Ethical Leadership, Positive Emotions terhadap Job Satisfaction pada Karyawan PT. Tridharma Kencana di Serang. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner melalui google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan software SPSS 23.0. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah Karyawan PT. Tridharma Kencana di Serang. Jumlah data yang diambil pada penelitian ini terdapat 150 sampel data karyawan yang telah bekerja selama minimal enam bulan dari total 200 populasi karyawan PT. Tridharma Kencana di Serang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalahAffective Commitment, Participations, Ethical Leadership, Positive Emotions. Variabel dependennya adalahJob Satisfaction. Dari hasil penelitian ini bahwaterdapat pengaruh positif Affective Commitment terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Participations terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Ethical Leadershipterhadap Job Satisfaction, danterdapat pengaruh positif Positive Emotions terhadap Job Satisfaction.Dan hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer agar memperhatikan Affective Commitment, Participations, Ethical Leadership, dan Positive Emotions yang dapat meningkatkan Job Satisfaction

T This study aims to determine the Effect of Affective Comitment, Participations, Ethical Leadership, Positive Emotions Towards Job Satisfaction in PT. Tridharma Kencana Serang. The research conducted is qualitative research by distributing questionnaires. The study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses simple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 software.The data used in this research are employees. The amount of data taken in this study were 150 samples of employee data who had worked for a minimum of six months and a total of 200 employees of PT. Tridharma Kencana in Serang. The independent variable in this study is Affective Commitment, Participations, Ethical Leadership, Positive Emotions. The dependent variable is Job Satisfaction. From the results of this study that there is a positive influence of Affective Commitment on Job Satisfaction, there is a positive influence of Participations on Job Satisfaction, there is a positive influence of Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, and there is a positive effect of Positive Emotions on Job Satisfaction.The Result of this study are expected to provide input for managers to pay attention to Affective Commitment, Participations, Ethical Leadership, and Positive Emotions, which can improve Job Satisfaction.
