Pengaruh supportive culture dan participative- supportive leadership style terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Supportive Culture dan Participative-Supportive Leadership Style terhadap Job Satisfaction di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Jumlah populasi dari karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) sebanyak 120 orang.Metode penarikan data menggunakan sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Supportive Culture dan Participative-Supportive Leadership Style terhadap Job Satisfaction. Yang artinya, apabila perusahaan menerapkan Supportive Culture dan Participative-Supportive Leadership Style akan membuat Job Satisfaction menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini memberikan saran agar dapat dilakukan dengan variabel independen seperti Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) atau Organisational Commitment. Penelitian ini juga dapat dilakukan pada perusahaan transportasi lain seperti PT. Transportasi Jakarta dan PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk.
T This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of supportive culture and participative-supportive leadership style on job satisfaction. This research population used 120 respondents at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The method of collecting data used is sampling. The testing is conducted by multiple regression analysis method. It means, if the company carry out supportive culture and participative-supportive leadership style, the job satisfaction would be much better.The study provide an advise, it could be conducted with an additional independent such as corporate social responsibility (CSR) or organisational commitment. The study could be applied in others transportation company like PT. Transportasi Jakarta and PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk.
