T This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the passing of Government Regulation No.34 of 2016 on the perception of purchasing power and the perception of property investment growth under perception of individual tax payer in Jakarta.Source of research data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100respondents with a background worker as an employee or self-employed. Testing isdone by using multiple regression analysis.The results of this study were (1) PP No. 34 in 2016 positive effect on the perceptionof purchasing power. (2) PP 34 in 2016 positive effect on the perception of theproperty investment growth. In other words, the reduction of tariffs on final incometax generated by these regulations affect the community's perception to purchase andinvestor's perception to invest.
