P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh environmental,social, and governance (esg), free cash flow, dan profitabilitasterhadap nilai perusahaan, serta menganalisis peran struktur modalsebagai pemoderasi. sampel penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan sektorconsumer cyclical dan consumer non-cyclical yang terdaftar di bursa efekindonesia selama periode 2022–2024, dengan total 894 observasi. metodeanalisis yang digunakan adalah regresi moderasi dengan pendekatan datapanel, metode penelitian adalah purposive sampling, yaitu denganmenggunakan kriteria-kriteria yang sesuai dengan penelitian dengan jenisdata sekunder.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa esg dan profitabilitasberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan freecash flow berpengaruh negatif. struktur modal mampu memperkuathubungan antara free cash flow dan nilai perusahaan, namun tidakmemoderasi hubungan esg maupun profitabilitas terhadap nilaiperusahaan. temuan ini mendukung teori sinyal dan teori legitimasi dalammenjelaskan bagaimana investor merespons informasi keuangan dan non-keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.
T This study aims to examine the influence of environmental, social,and governance (esg), free cash flow, and profitability on firm value, as wellas to analyze the moderating role of capital structure. the research sample consistsof companies in the consumer cyclical and consumer non-cyclical sectors listed onthe indonesia stock exchange during the 2022–2024 period, with a total of 894observations. the analytical method used is moderated regression analysis with apanel data approach, the research method used is purposive sampling, whichinvolves applying specific criteria relevant to the study using secondary data.the results show that esg and profitability have a significantpositive effect on firm value, while free cash flow has a negative effect. capitalstructure is found to strengthen the relationship between free cash flow and firmvalue but does not moderate the relationship between esg or profitability and firmvalue. these findings support signalling theory and legitimacy theory in explaininghow investors respond to both financial and non-financial information in makinginvestment decisions.
