P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan work life balance, tunjangan dan kompensasi, tekanan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention dan turnover intention terhadap kualitas audit, work life balance terhadap kualitas audit dengan turnover intention sebagai variabel mediasi, tunjangan dan kompensasi terhadap kualitas audit dengan turnover intention sebagai variabel mediasi, tekanan beban kerja terhadap kualitas audit dengan turnover intention sebagai variabel mediasipopulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja di kap jabodetabek yang terdiri atas 22 sample kap dengan total sample 251 responden. teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least square.hasil dari penelitian ini adalah work life balance, kompensasi dan tunjangan, dan tekanan beban kerja mempengaruhi turnover intention dan turnover intention mempengaruhi kualitas audit. disisi lain work life balance, kompensasi dan tunjangan, tekanan beban kerja mempengaruhi kualitas audit dengan turnover intention sebagai variabel pemediasi.
T This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between work-life balance, benefits and compensation, and workload pressure on turnover intention, as well as the relationship between turnover intention and audit quality. it also investigates the mediating role of turnover intention in the relationships between work-life balance and audit quality, benefits and compensation and audit quality, and workload pressure and audit quality.the population in this study consists of auditors working at public accounting firms (kap) in jabodetabek, involving sample of 22 kaps and a total of 251 sample respondents. the data analysis technique used in this study is partial least squares (pls).the results of the study show that work-life balance, compensation and benefits, and workload pressure have an influence on turnover intention, and turnover intention in turn affects audit quality. furthermore, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, as well as workload pressure, affect audit quality through turnover intention as a mediating variable.
