P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behaviour. variabel yang diteliti berupa variabel empowering leadership, workplace spirituality, dan psychological empowerment. penelitian dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan perbankan di indonesia dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 236 responden yang merupakan pegawai bank. pemilihan sample penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dilakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan aplikasi spss dan amos. hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa empowering leadership, workplace spirituality, dan psychological empowerment berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behaviour. kedua variabel bebas berupa empowering leadership dan workplace spirituality berpengaruh terhadap psychological empowerment. pengaruh kedua variabel bebas meliputi empowering leadership dan workplace spirituality terhadap innovative work behaviour berpengaruh secara positif signifikan tanpa adanya variabel psychological empowerment yang merupakan variabel mediasi. implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini empowering leadership dan workplace spirituality dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan innovative work behaviour. empowering leadership harus dipertahankan pada dimensi leading by example. workplace spirituality yang perlu dipertahankan adalah anggapan terhadap berartinya pekerjaan yang dilakukan bagi pegawai sehingga meningkatkan rasa semangat untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan harus dipertahankan di perusahaan. hal ini berguna untuk memberikan rasa memiliki pegawai terhadap perusahaan melalui perasaan menghargai pekerjaan yang dimiliki. psychological empowerment dapat digunakan untuk memediasi pengaruh empowering leadership dan workplace spirituality terhadap innovative work behaviour.

T This study aims to analyze the variables that influence innovative work behavior. the variables studied are empowering leadership, workplace spirituality, and psychological empowerment. the study was conducted in one of the banking companies in indonesia with a sample of 236. the selection of the research sample used a purposive sampling method and data processing was carried out using spss and amos applications. the results showed that empowering leadership, workplace spirituality, and psychological empowerment influence innovative work behavior. both independent variables, empowering leadership and workplace spirituality, influence psychological empowerment. the influence of both independent variables on innovative work behavior has a significant positive effect without the presence of psychological empowerment as a mediating variable. the managerial implications in this study are that empowering leadership and workplace spirituality can be used to increase innovative work behaviour. empowering leadership must be maintained in the leading by example dimension. workplace spirituality, which needs to be maintained, is the perception of the meaningfulness of the work performed by employees, thus increasing their enthusiasm for carrying out their work. this is useful for providing employees with a sense of belonging to the company through a sense of appreciation for their work. psychological empowerment can be used to mediate the influence of empowering leadership and workplace spirituality on innovative work behaviour.
