E Ekonomi global sekarang mengharuskan tiap-tiap perusahaan bersaing satu dengan yang lain untuk tetap terkenal. Inovasi telah menjadi kunci untuk mencapai daya saing bisnis sejak tahun 1930-an. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh positif Big Data Enabling terhadap Employee Intrapreneurship, pengaruh positif Empowerment Focused HRM terhadap Employee Intrapreneurship, pengaruh positif Employee Intrapreneurship terhadap innovation Performance, pengaruh positif Structure Capital terhadap Knowladge Sharing, pengaruh positif Human Capital terhadap Knowladge Sharing, pengaruh positif Knowledge sharing terhadap innovation Performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan data primer untuk mendapatkan sebuah hasil kesimpulan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yangdiperoleh langsung dari sample penelitian dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui google forms kepada seluruh karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakni Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Big Data Enabling terhadap Employee Entrapreneurship, pengaruh positif signifikan antara Empowerment Focused HRM terhadap Employee Entrepreneurship, pengaruh positif signifikan antara Structural Capital terhadap Knowledge Sharing, pengaruh positif signifikan antara Human Capital terhadap Knowledge Sharing, pengaruh positif signifikan antara Employee Entrepreneurship terhadap Innovation Performance, pengaruh positif signifikan antara Knowledge Sharing terhadap Innovation Performance.

T Today's global economy requires companies to compete with one another to remain popular. Innovation has been the key to achieving business competitiveness since the 1930s. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a positive effect of Big Data Enabling on Employee Intrapreneurship, a positive effect on Empowerment Focused HRM on Employee Intrapreneurship, a positive effect on Employee Intrapreneurship on innovation Performance, a positive effect on Structure Capital on Knowledge Sharing, a positive effect on Human Capital on Knowledge Sharing , the positive effect of Knowledge sharing on innovation Performance. This study uses quantitative methods, where this study uses primary data to obtain a conclusion. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the research sample by distributing questionnaires online via Google Forms to all employees. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant positive effect between Big Data Enabling on Employee Entrepreneurship, a significant positive effect between Empowerment Focused HRM on Employee Entrepreneurship, a significant positive effect between Structural Capital on Knowledge Sharing, a significant positive effect between Human Capital on Knowledge Sharing, a positive effect significant difference between Employee Entrepreneurship on Innovation Performance, a significant positive effect between Knowledge Sharing on Innovation Performance
