P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh functionality dan usabilitypada loyalty terhadap pembelian makanan pada food delivery apps. Metode padapenelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, menggunakan survey research padaseluruh masyarakat yang menggunkan Food delivery application di Jabodetabekselama 6 bulan terakhir sebagai obyek penelitian. Pengumpulan data digunakandengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakanpurposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 504 responden. Metode pengujian datayaitu uji instrument dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakanSPSS. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)dengan software AMOS. Hubungan secara langsung menunjukkan bahwa hasilpenelitian functionality berpengaruh positif terhadap trust, usability berpengaruhpositif terhadap trust, differentiation berpengaruh positif terhadap commitment,trust berpengaruh terhadap commitment, dan commitment berpengaruh positifterhadap loyalty. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada penelitianselanjutnya untuk lebih mementingkan variabel-variabel lain seperti e-service, foodquality, serta variabel yang lebih relevan terhadap loyalty pengguna food deliveryapps.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of functionality, and usability on loyalty tofood purchases on food delievey apps. The method in this study is a quantitativemethod, using survey research on all communities using the Food delieveryapplication in Jabodetabek as the object of research. Data collection was used bydistributing questionnaires. The research sample was selected using purposivesampling in order to obtain 504 respondents. The data testing method is instrumenttest with validity test and reliability test using SPSS. The data analysis method usedStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The direct relationshipshows that the results of functionality research have a positive effect on trust,usability has a positive effect on trust, differentiation has a positive effect oncommitment, and commitment has a positive effect on loyalty. Based on the resultsof this study, it is recommended that further research be more concerned with othervariables such as e-service, food quality, and variables that are more relevant to theloyalty of users of food delievery apps.
