P Program magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran khususnya di bidang promosi untuk sebuah venue event yaitu Balai Kartini. Adapun pemagang diberikan tugas di dalam tim Marketing and Sales.Pemagang ditugaskan untuk mengelola database klien yang sudah ada di Balai Kartini, melakukan telemarketing baik melalui telepon ataupun email untuk menginformasikan program-program, melakukan company visit ke perusahaan-perusahaan di Jakarta, melakukan greetings mingguan di ruang marketing, memberikan flyer dan booklet kepada calon klien, mengadakan event Food Tasting dan Open House, barter promotion berupa booth untuk Balai Kartini di event klien.Melalui tugas-tugas tersebut, penulis menyelesaikan laporan yang berjudul “Strategi Promosi pada Balai Kartini”. Strategi promosi yang digunakan Balai Kartini adalah media Advertising seperti flyer, standing banner, standing poster, baliho, radio, majalah, website Balai Kartini dan kerjasama website pihak ke tiga, serta media sosial. Sales Promotion meliputi program discount, demonstrasi dan event live cooking dalam food tasting, booth dalam exhibition. Personal Selling meliputi company visit. Public Relations meliputi special event Food Tasting. Direct Marketing meliputi pemberian booklet kepada calon klien. Event Sponsorship meliputi barter promosi, dan branding mobil keliling.

T The purpose of this internship is to analysis marketing strategy especially promotion departemen for Balai Kartini venue. The intern join in Marketing and Sales Departemen.The intern have some task which are to manage the client database, telemarketing by telephone or email to inform the promotion, visit to some companies in Jakarta, greetings client once a week at marketing gallery, distribute the flyer and booklet , manage Food Tasting and Open House, barter promotion such as booth for Balai Kartini during client’s event.Based on those tasks, the intern has been finish the internship report with title “Promotion Strategy in Balai Kartini”. Balai Kartini is using promotion strategy which are advertising such as flyer, standing banner, standing poster, baliho, radio, magazine, Balai Kartini’s website, and third party website, and also social media. Sales promotion such as giving discount, demonstration and live cooking in food tasting, booth in exhibition. Personal Selling such as company visit. Public Relations such as food tasting. Direct Marketing such as distribute the booklet. Sponsorship such as barter promotion and car branding.
