Perancangan co-working space dengan pendekatan eco-tech di Kawasan BSD City, Tangerang
D Digital Working Space yang berada di BSD City, Kabupaten Tangerang,Banten merupakan bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai kantor sewa dan co-workingspace serta fasilitas penunjang yang mewadahi kegiatan transaksi bisnis, danpelayanan secara professional dibidang ekonomi digital maupun kreatif. Hal inidikarenakan pertumbuha ekonomi di Indonesia sedanng berkembang pesatkhususnya dibidang ekonomi digital dan kreatif. Oleh karea itu diperlukan sebuahbangunnan yang dapat ,ewadahi kegiatan para startup maupun pembisnis dengannkapasitas banngunnan yang dapat menampung kurang lebih 100 perusahaan baru.Dengan pedekatann konsep Eco-Tech, selain dapat menghemat energi, juga dapatmenghasilkan energi secara mandiri seperti penggunaan solar panel, mengolahlimbah air kotor dan penghawaa alami juga fasad yang dapat memaksimalkanpencahayaan matahari. Sertifikasi Green Building Council Indonesia menjadi salahsatu standar dalam mewujudkan pendekatam tersebut degan target dapat mecapairating gold serta menerapkan SNI yang mengatur tentang efisiensi energi.Ketentuan teknis dan peraturan daerah pada lahan dengan luas 3,9 Ha juga harusdipatuhi sehingga bangunan memiliki program ruang yang ideal dalamperancagannya, sehigga bangunan memiliki space tersendiri untuk RTH. Karyatulis ini diharapkan dapat mendukung dasar pemikiran perancangan, denganmenciptakan bangunan yang dapat mewadahi startup dengan bentuk design yanginovatif, kreatif namun tetap ramah lingkungan, sehingga menjadikan bangunansebagai ikon di kawasan BSD City.

Because of that, weneed a building that can, accommodate the activities of startups and businesspeople with a capacity of building that can accommodate approximately 100 newcompanies. With the approach of the Eco-Tech concept, in addition to being ableto save energy, it can also produce energy independently such as the use of solarpanels, treating sewage and natural wastes as well as facades that can maximizesolar lighting. The Green Building Council Indonesia Certification is one of thestandards in realizing this approach with a target of achieving a gold rating andapplying SNI governing energy efficiency. Technical provisions and localregulations on land with an area of 3.9 hectares must also be obeyed so that thebuilding has an ideal space program in its design, so that the building has its ownspace for green space. This paper is expected to support the rationale of design, bycreating buildings that can accommodate startups with innovative, creative yetenvironmentally friendly forms of design, thus making buildings an icon in the BSDCity area.
