Resilience aquising supervision work engagement serta intention to level pada perusahaan penerbangan di Indonesia
T The problems of this research come from phenomenon about company that couldsurvive during covid 19 pandemic.The Problems of this research were: (1) Does Resilience have a negative andsignificant influence on Intention to Leave ?; (2) Does Resilience have a positiveand significant influence on Work Engagement ?; (3) Does Work Engagement havea negative and significant influence on Intention to Leave ?; (4) Does AbusiveSupervision have a positive and significant influence on Resilience throughIntention to Leave as a moderation variable ?; (5) Does Abusive Supervision havea positive and significant influence on Resilience through Work Engagement as amoderation variable?The Objective of the research were: (1) To analyze whether Resilience has anegative and significant influence on Intention to Leave?; (2) To analyze whetherResilience has a positive and significant influence on Work Engagement?; (3) Toanalyze whether Work Engagement has a negative and significant influence onIntention to Leave?; (4) To analyze whether Abusive Supervision has a positive andsignificant effect on Resilience with Intention to Leave as a moderation variable ?;(5) To analyze whether Abusive Supervision has a positive and significant influenceon Resilience through Work Engagement as a moderation variable?The methodology of this research use crossesctional and hypothesis testing. Datawas collected using questionnaire with the measeurement using Likert scale. Thesamples of this research are workers of Airlines Company.The results of this study indicates that: (1) Resilience has a negative and significantinfluence on Intention to Leave. (2) Resilience has a positive and significant impacton Work Engagement. (3) Work Engagement has a negative and significant impacton Intention to Leave. (4) Abusive Supervision cannot moderate the positive andsignificant influence of Resilience on Intention to Leave. (5) Abusive Supervisioncannot moderate the positive and significant influence of Resilience on WorkEngagement. This study was a weak generalization because the data samplecollected only from workers of airlines company in Jakarta and Tangerang. Thisresearch also only examined four variables: Resilience, Abusive Supervision,Intention to Leave, and Work Engagement.
