Pemodelan penilaian pemasok dengan pendekatan analytical hierarchy proses studi kasus : PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor
P PT.
P PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor (SIM) is a company engaged in the field of manufacturing in the automotive sector. The accuracy of determining the vendor performance indicators will be in the company's profits are strictly evaluating suppliers and compete. This study aims to design a model of supplier performance assessment. The process flow of this research is to analyze the current system and see the weaknesses and what it needs, it is that the basis for modeling the system for the better. By asking the opinion of the experts and decision-making method that AHP (analytical hierarchy process) obtained 4 performance assessment criteria consist of criteria quality, delivery, cost and response. To verify the data by taking one of the suppliers, its result is a model that is built can be issued according to standard appraisal value has been established and can be implemented. The results of the validation of some experts that terms of content or content assessment done already includes customer needs, namely quality, cost and service / services. Criteria - criteria can be made more stringent suppliers to compete and perform improvement. Conclusion is designing model supplier performance assessment by means of three stages, namely the basic principle of the criteria and sub-criteria, processes and infrastructure that results in performance assessment models and their respective weights consisting of the first quality criteria (46%); sub criteria (PACS (45%), Warranty Claim (11%), Quality Audit (44%)), delivery (24%); (Stop Online, kepping etc (100%), cost (8%); (Cost down 100%) and response (22%); (PACS Problem (44%), Problem FTIR (7%), Problem Finding Audit (38% ), Problem Stop Line, kepping etc. (11%)).
