P Penelitian menganalisis pengaruh positive affective, job crafting, management capabilities terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling jumlah sampel sebanyak 164 karyawan. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan adalah SmartPls. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Positive affective dan management capabilities berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, Job crafting, , Positive affective berpengaruh negative terhadap work engagement, Job crafting tidak berpengaruh terhadap work engagement, Management capabilities berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, Work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance pada karyawan, Work engagement tidak memediasi pengaruh Positive affective terhadap employee performance melalui mediasi work engagement, Work engagement tidak memediasi pengaruh Job crafting terhadap employee performance melalui mediasi work engagement, Work engagement tidak memediasi pengaruh Management capabilities terhadap employee performance melalui mediasi work engagement. Impikasi manajerialnya adalah Positive affective yakni dengan mempertahankan perbuatan baik dengan karyawan lainnya di tempat kerja dan selalu bahagia dengan kehidupan karyawan saat ini dan Management capabilities yakni dengan mempertahankan kepuasan dengan manajemen perusahaan saat ini dan kepuasan dengan jabatan yang diberikan.

T The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of positive affective, job crafting, management capabilities on employee performance mediated by work engagement. This study used a purposive sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that a sample size of 164 employees was obtained. The data analysis technique used was SmartPls. The results obtained from this study are Positive affective and management capabilities has a positive effect on employee performance, Job crafting has a negative effect on employee performance, Positive affective has a negative effect on work engagement,Job crafting has a negative effect on work engagement,Management capabilities have a positive effect on work engagement, Work engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, Work engagement is unable to mediate the influence of Positive affective on employee performance through the mediation of work engagement, Work engagement is unable to mediate the influence of Job crafting on employee performance through the mediation of work engagement, Work engagement is unable to mediate the influence of Management capabilities on employee performance through the mediation of work engagement. managerial implications in this study are Positive affective, namely by maintaining good deeds with other employees in the workplace and always being happy with the current employee life and Management capabilities, namely by maintaining satisfaction with the current company management and satisfaction with the position given
