P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership, e-leadership competencies, coaching leadership, dan leader member exchange terhadap Psychological Wellbeing. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji hipotesis, yang bertujuan untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh positif antara variabel menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan pada 180 karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. BRI kantor cabang Kebumen dan Cilacap yang diambil menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Transformational Leadership terhadap Psychological Wellbeing, terdapat pengaruh positif antara E-leadership Comaptencies, serta terdapat pengaruh positif antara Coaching Leadership terhadap Psychological Wellbeing, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Leader Member Exchange terhadap Psychological Wellbeing. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah pemimpin agar terus membantu karyawan dalam memperkuat kemampuannya dengan cara mendorong perilaku kreatif karyawan dan memotivasi dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya pemimpin harus lebih bisa untuk memotivasi karyawan pada mode virtual seperti memberikan saran dan sebuah pesan yang bisa meningkatkan semangat karyawan dalam bekerja, pemimpin harus terus bisa memahami kejadian tak terduga dan mendiskusikan implikasinya bagi karyawan dengan terus memberikan instruksi kepada karyawan dalam rapat maupun diluar rapat dan pemimpin harus terus bisa berkolaborasi dengan para karyawan yang mau bekerja sama dengan baik bersama pemimpinnya dengan cara hubungan interpersonal yaitu hubungan persahabatan antara pemimpin dan karyawan

T This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, E-leadership competencies, coaching leadership, and leader member exchange on psychological Wellbeing. The research design used in this study uses the hypothesis testing method, which aims to test whether or not there is a positive influence between variables using multiple linear regression. Data was collected on 180 employees working at PT. BRI Kebumen and Cilacap branch offices were taken using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The results of this test show that there is a positive influence between Transformational Leadership on Psychological Wellbeing, there is a positive influence between E-leadership Comaptencies, and there is a positive influence between Coaching Leadership on Psychological Wellbeing, and there is a positive influence between Leader Member Exchange on Psychological Wellbeing. The managerial implication of this research is that leaders continue to help employees strengthen their abilities by encouraging creative behavior of employees and motivating them to develop their abilities, leaders must be more able to motivate employees in virtual mode such as providing advice and a message that can increase employee morale at work, leaders must continue to be able to understand unexpected events and discuss their implications for employees by continuing to provide instructions to employees in meetings and outside meetings and leaders must continue to be able to collaborate with employees who want to work well together with their leaders by means of interpersonal relationships, namely friendly relations between leaders and employees
