Pengaruh emotional intelligence, servant leadership, public service motivation terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Bank Negara Indonesia
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Emotional Intelligence, Servant Leadership, Public Service Motivation terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada cabang Bank Negara Indonesia wilayah Sudirman. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Emotional Intelligence, Servant Leadership dan Public Service Motivation, sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 290 karyawan melalui pengisian kuesioner menggunakan metode sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terhadap pengaruh positif Emotional Intelligence terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, terdapat pengaruh positif Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Public Service Motivation terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Implikasi yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemimpin perusahaan harus mampu meningkatkan berbagai faktor yang dapat meningkatkan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan seperti menyediakan training mengembangkan Leadership skill, creative problem dan solving skill di tempat kerja untuk memaksimalkan potensi karyawan.Disarankan untuk peneliti berikutnya dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior seperti Innovative Work Behavior, Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction, serta dengan sampel dan jenis industri yang berbeda seperti pada bank swasta.
T This study aims to analyze the influences of Emotional Intelligence, Servant Leadership, Public Service Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Sudirman branch of Bank Negara Indonesia. The independent variables in this study consist of Emotional Intelligence, Servant Leadership and Public Service Motivation, while the dependent variable in this study is Organizational Citizenship Behavior.The data in this study were collected from 290 employees through filling out questionnaires using the census method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, there is a positive effect of Servant Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and a positive effect on Public Service Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.The implication that can be given in this study is that company leaders must be able to improve various factors that can increase employee Organizational Citizenship Behaviorsuch as providing training to develop Leadership skills and creative problem-solving skills in the workplace, to maximize employee potential.It is suggested that future researchers can add other variables that can affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior such as Innovative Work Behavior, Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction, as well as different samples and types of industries, such as private banks.
