Pengaruh employee engagement, organizational commitment, organizational culture, dan work environment terhadap employee performance di organisasi pendidikan Politeknik Astra
A ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, dan Work Environment terhadap Employee Performance pada karyawan di organisasi pendidikan Politeknik Astra.Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui platform google form.Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sensus (sampel total) dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 97 responden.Penelitian ini menggunakan data cross-sectional dan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini hypothesis testing dengan bantuan alat analisis software SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, dan Work Environment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance.Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pimpinan organisasi untuk mempertahankan Employee Engagement dan Organizational Culture, serta meningkatkan Organizational Commitment dan Work Environment karena memiliki pengaruh terendah pada penelitian ini. Sehingga diharapkan kedepannya dapat meningkatkan employee performance pada karyawan di organisasi pendidikan Politeknik Astra.
T This study aims to analyse the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment on Employee Performance in employees at the Astra Polytechnic educational organization.This study uses quantitative data through distributing questionnaires online via the google form platform. The sampling method in this study used a census sample (total sample) and the sample used was 97 respondents. This research uses cross-sectional, and the analysis method used in this research is hypothesis testing with software analysis tools SPSS ver. 25The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has no positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Work Environment has no positive effect on Employee Performance.From the results of this study, it is expected to provide input for organizational management to maintain Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment organizations to maintain Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture and increase Organizational Commitment and Work Environment because they have the lowest influence in this study. As a result, it is expected that in the future it can improve employee performance in employees at the Astra Polytechnic education organization.
