Pengaruh organizational commitment,employee engagement,work environment,dan authentic leadership terhadap employee performance pada pegawai Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia
P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement,Work Environment,dan Authentic Leadership terhadap Employee Performance pada pegawai Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Organizational Commitment,Employee Engagement,Work Environment,dan Authentic Leadership sebagai variabel bebas serta Employee Performance sebagai variabel terikat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari 295 pegawai yang bekerja di Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia melalui pengisian kuisioner berupa google form dengan menggunakan purposive sampling.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Organizational Commitment terhadap Employee Performance dan terdapat pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Employee Performance serta tidak terdapat pengaruh Work Environment terhadap Employee Performance dan terdapat pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Employee Performance. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan serta mempertahankan Organizational Commitment,Employee Engagement,dan Authentic Leadership, meningkatkan Work Environment sehingga dapat meningkatkan serta menekan Employee Performance pada pegawai Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement, Work Environment, and Authentic Leadership on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia employees. This study uses Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement, Work Environment, and Authentic Leadership as independent variables and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The research design used in this study is a quantitative method. The data in this study were collected from 295 employees who work at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia by filling out a questionnaire in the form of a google form using purposive sampling.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is an influence of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance and there is an effect of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance and there is no influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance and there is an effect of Authentic Leadership on Employee Performance. The results of this study are expected to increase and maintain Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement, and Authentic Leadership, improve the Work Environment so that it can increase and suppress Employee Performance in employees of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
