P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari e-hrm dan quality of work lifeterhadap organizational performance yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction padaperusahaan aplikasi kesehatan. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 210 responden yaitukaryawan yang bekerja di perusahaan aplikasi kesehatan. Uji hipotesis penelitian inimenggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan menggunakan softwareAMOS untuk menguji pengaruh e-hrm, quality of work life, job satisfaction, danorganizational performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa pengaruh antarvariabel yaitu e-hrm dan quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap jobsatisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance,dan e-hrm dan quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction yangdimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini yakniperusahaan aplikasi kesehatan terus mempertahankan organizational performancedengan mempertahankan job satisfaction karyawan melalui pemanfaatan sistem e-hrmdan menciptakan quality of work life yang baik untuk karyawan bisa memberikanlayanan yang baik.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of an e-hrm, as well as the quality of worklife on organizational performance, mediated by job satisfaction at the Heath AplicationCompany. The data in this study was collected from a sample of 210 respondents whoworked at the Heath Aplication Company. This research hypothesis was tested usingSEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of the research show severalrelationships between variables, namely e-HRM and quality of work life have a positiveeffect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizationalperformance, and e-HRM and quality of work life have a positive effect on jobsatisfaction which is mediated by job satisfaction. The managerial implication of thisresearch is that health application companies continue to maintain organizationalperformance by maintaining employee job satisfaction through the use of e-HRMsystems and creating a good quality of work life for employees to provide good service.
