Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor pengadaan material yang dapatmempengaruhi kinerja proyek bendungan dan upaya-upaya penerapan metodologiSupply Chain Management (SCM) untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelaksanaan proyekdari aspek biaya, waktu dan mutu. Dengan metode fish bone analysis, workbreakdown structure, dan network planning yang digunakan untuk memaparkan :(a.) proses pengadaan material pada kondisi saat ini (ekisting) (b.) kondisi perbaikankinerja dengan penerapan SCM (c.) hasil pelaksanaan penerapan pelaksanaan SCM(d.) penerapan metode SCM pada kondisi yang akan dikerjakan. Denganmemperhatikan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dari pelaksanaanSCM dan melaksanakan poin-poin solusi penerapan pelaksanaan SCM didapatbahwa penerapan metode SCM dalam proses pengadaan material dapatmemperbaiki kinerja proyek dari segi biaya, waktu dan mutu. Pelaksanaan SCMdalam proses pengadaan material suatu proyek menjadi hal yang penting dilakukansejak proses di hulu yaitu saat kick off meeting hingga proses di hilir sampai denganpelaksanaan proyek selesai dilaksanakan seluruhnya.

In the implementation of dam construction projects, the material procurement process can be one of the couses of the project performance being unfavourable so we need a material procurement management that is well integrated from the beginning of the project to completion to anticipate it. This research aims to analyse the factors of material procurement that can affect the performance of a dam project and the efforts to apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to improve project implementation performance in terms of cost, time and quality. With the method of fishbone analysis, work breakdown structure, and network planning that used to describe (a.) the process of procuring materials in the current conditions (existing) (b.) on the condition of performance improvement by applying SCM (c.) on the results of implementing SCM implementation (d.) the application of the SCM method to the conditions to be work on. By taking into account the factors that influence the performance of SCM implementation and implementing solution points for implementing SCM it was found that the application of the SCM method in the material procurement process could improve project performance in terms of cost, time and quality. The implementation of SCM in the material procurement process of a project is an important thing to do since the upstreamprocess, which is when at the kick of meeting to the downstream process until theimplementation of the project is carried out entirely.
