P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Turnover Intention, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Job Satisfaction, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Turnover Intention, untuk menganalisis Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Job Satisfaction, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi Job Satisfaction, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention. Pada industri pertambangan Batu bara di Kalimantan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer, dimana data berasal langsung dari objek penelitian dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring melalui google forms. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling sehingga diperoleh 279 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan industri pertambangan batu bara di Kalimantan dengan masa kerja lebih dari 2 tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu multivariate lanjutan dengan menggunakan program statistik AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Job Crafting memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Job Crafting memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction memediasi pengaruh Job Crafting terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction memediasi pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Turnover Intention.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Crafting on Turnover Intention, to analyze the effect of Job Crafting on Job Satisfaction, to analyze the effect of Job Crafting on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction, to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Turnover Intention, to analyze Perceived Organizational Support on Job Satisfaction, to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction, to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. In the Coal mining industry in Kalimantan. The data used in this study are primary data, where the data comes directly from the object of research by distributing questionnaires online via google forms. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling so that 279 respondents were obtained consisting of coal mining industry employees in Kalimantan with more than 2 years of service. Data analysis used for hypothesis testing is advanced multivariate using the AMOS statistical program. The results showed that Job Crafting has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, Job Crafting has a negative influence on Turnover Intention, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on Turnover Intention, and Perceived Organizational Support has a negative influence on Turnover Intention.
