T This study aims are to know : (1) The effect of the implementation of a green procurement on stakeholder satisfaction (2) Customer loyalty can strengthen the significant influence between the implementation of a green procurement on stakeholder satisfaction. In addition, this study also wants to obtain additional information about whether financial performance might be influenced by the implementation of green procurement in manufacturing companies in East Kalimantan.The sample of this study is employees who work in manufacturing companies in East Kalimantan who implement green procurement using the purposive sampling method. There are 10 companies used as research samples. The analytical method used to prove this research is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis The results of research show that the implementation of green procurement has a significant effect on stakeholder satisfaction (employees, community, and government). Customer loyalty as a moderating variable is proven to be able to strengthen the influence of the implementation of green procurement on stakeholder satisfaction because currently there are enough stakeholders who care about the environment. Additional information that is known states that financial performance can be influenced by the implementation of green procurement.
