Antecedent dan consequence dari image
P Penelitian ini mencoba meninvestigasi hubungan antara trust, customer satisfaction dan image dalam sektor Bank Syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data dari Bank Syariah, dengan dua segmen pelanggan yang berbeda (Muslim dan Non-Muslim). Data yang diperoleh akan dianlisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif (pengaruh) antara customer satisfaction, image dan trust di bank-bank Islam atau Bank Syariah.
