Pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode performance prism di PT. Citramas Heavy Industries
P PT Citramas Heavy Industries adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang fabrikasi dan konstruksi baja. Untuk dapat berkembang perusahaan perlumelakukan perbaikan terus menerus dengan mengetahui kekurangan dalam memenuhikeinginan dan kebutuhan seluruh stakeholder, sehingga dibutuhkan pengukuran kinerjayang memperhatikan seluruh stakeholder perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja ini dibuatdengan metode Performance Prism. Metode Performance Prism mengidentifikasikanseluruh stakeholder perusahaan yang dimulai dari kebutuhan dan keinginan stakeholderserta empat perspektif lainnya dari setiap stakeholder. Lima perspektif tersebut adalahkepuasan stakeholder, strategi, proses, kapabilitas, dan kontribusi stakeholder. Untukmengukur setiap perspektif ditentukan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sebanyak 55.Pada perspektif kepuasan stakeholder didapat dengan proses kuesioner dan wawancara,setelah didapat KPI yang diperlukan langkah selanjutnya adalah mencari tingkatkepentingan kepuasan stakeholder menggunakan Importance Performance Matrix.Kemudian dilakukan pembobotan terhadap KPI pada setiap stakeholder perusahaandengan metode Pairwise Comparison. Skor/nilai diperoleh berdasarkan capaian aktual padaskala yang disusun sesuai dengan target untuk setiap KPI. Hasil pengukuran kinerjadiperoleh berdasarkan skor dikali bobot. Skor untuk stakeholder investor adalah sebesar3.386 yaitu berada pada skala cukup baik, stakeholder karyawan 3.475; masyarakat 3.582;pemasok bahan baku 3.819; dan regulator 3.603 yang berada pada skala baik. Sedangkanskor kinerja stakeholder pelanggan sebesar 4.138 yang berada pada skala sangat baik.Pencapaian kinerja keseluruhan PT Citramas Heavy Industries pada periode November –Februari 2014 adalah sebesar 3.672 yang menunjukkan pencapaian baik.

To be able to evolve the company needs to make continuous improvements to determinedeficiencies in meeting the wants and needs of all stakeholders, so that the necessary performancemeasurement that takes into account all stakeholders of the company. The performancemeasurement is being made with the method of the Performance Prism. Method Performance Prismidentify all stakeholders of the company that started from the needs and desires of stakeholders aswell as four other perspectives of each stakeholder. The five perspectives are stakeholdersatisfaction, strategies, processes, capabilities, and contributions of stakeholders. To measure eachperspective is determined from Key Performance Indicator (KPI) by 55. On the perspective ofstakeholder satisfaction obtained by questionnaire and interview process, having obtained thenecessary KPIs and the next step is to find the level of satisfaction of stakeholder interests usingImportance Performance Matrix. Then be weighted against the KPIs for each stakeholdercompanies with Pairwise Comparison method. Scores / grades obtained on the basis of actualperformance on a scale that is prepared in accordance with the targets for each KPI. Performancemeasurement results obtained by the score multiplied by the weight. Scores for the investor is equalto 3.386 stakeholders are on a scale that is quite good, stakeholders 3.475 employees; 3.582 people;3.819 suppliers of raw materials; 3.603 and regulators who are on either scale. While theperformance score of 4,138 customer stakeholders who are on a scale very well. Achievement ofthe overall performance of PT Citramas Heavy Industries in the period from November to February2014 amounted to 3.672 which indicates good achievement.
