P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh learning culture, teamwork context terhadap team performance melalui dynamic capability pada PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul, Muara Baru, Jakarta Utara. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua karyawan PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul yang berjumlah 144 karyawan. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan metode sensus melalui pengisian kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 22.Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan learning culture berpengaruh positif terhadap dynamic capability, learning culture berpengaruh positif terhadap team performance, teamwork context berpengaruh positif terhadap dynamic capability, teamwork context berpengaruh positif terhadap team performance, dynamic capability berpengaruh positif terhadap team performance, learning culture dan teamwork context berpengaruh positif terhadap team performance melalui dynamic capability.Implikasi yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk meningkatkan learning culture, sebaiknya perusahaan mengadakan workshop dan pelatihan mengenai Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) yang melibatkan seluruh karyawan untuk memastikan kualitas produk, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kolaborasi antar departemen. Untuk meningkatkan teamwork context, sebaiknya perusahaan memberikan keleluasaan pada anggota tim dalam membuat keputusan tentang proses kerja mereka. Untuk meningkatkan dynamic capability, sebaiknya perusahaan lebih banyak menyerap pengetahuan dari paten, agar dapat menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Untuk meningkatkan team performance, sebaiknya perusahaan mengadakan internal controls, seperti melakukan kegiatan control activities dan monitoring untuk memastikan karya

T This study aims to determine the effect of learning culture, teamwork context on team performance through dynamic capability at PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul, Muara Baru, North Jakarta. The objects used in this study were all employees of PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul, totaling 144 employees. Data collection was carried out using the census method by filling out a questionnaire. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS version 22 software.The results of the hypothesis test show that learning culture has a positive effect on dynamic capability, learning culture has a positive effect on team performance, teamwork context has a positive effect on dynamic capability, teamwork context has a positive effect on team performance, dynamic capability has a positive effect on team performance, learning culture and teamwork context have an effect positive effect on team performance through dynamic capability.The implication that can be given in this research is to improve learning culture, companies should hold workshops and training on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) which involve all employees to ensure product quality, so as to increase collaboration between departments. To improve the teamwork context, the company should give flexibility to team members in making decisions about their work processes. To increase dynamic capability, companies should absorb more knowledge from patents, so they can face future challenges. To improve team performance, the company should hold internal controls, such as carrying out control activities and monitoring to ensure employees work effectively and efficiently, so as to reduce the company's budget.
