Abstract

P Pembangunan infrastruktur memperlancar arus distribusi barang dan jasa. Apabila infrastruktur terus dikembangkan akan menjadi salah satu faktor yang memberikan positif bagi pembangunan ekonomi yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi daerah dalam perekonomian nasional dan meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi nasional terhadap perekonomian internasional. Transportasi merupakan urat-nadi kehidupan politik, ekonomi, sosial-budaya, dan pertahanan keamanan nasional yang sangat vital perannya dalam ketahanan nasional. Sistem transportasi yang handal, dengan memiliki kemampuan daya dukung struktur tinggi dan kemampuan jaringan yang efektif dan efisien, dibutuhkan untuk mendukung pengembangan wilayah, pembangunan ekonomi, serta mobilitas manusia, barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis skoring untuk mengetahui dampak keberadaan Jembatan Suramadu menurut persepsi masyarakat kabupaten bangkalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil skor rata-rata, pernyataan mempermudah mobilisasi seluruh bernilai di atas 4,0 yang artinya sejak adanya Jembatan Suramadu menurut responden memberikan dampak positif karena mempermudah melakukan perjalanan yang dulunya hanya dapat dilalui menggunakan transportasi air yaitu kapal ferry dan responden harus pergi ke pelabuhan terlebih dahulu agar bisa menyebrang ke Kota Surabaya. Dalam pernyataan kemudahan dalam transportasi umum, nilai tertinggi berada di Kecamatan Labang dengan skor rata-rata 5,0 dan yang terendah di Kecamatan Arosbaya dengan nilai rata-rata 3,3 yang artinya masyarakat di Arosbaya tidak merasakan kemudahan dalam menggunakan transportasi umum. Berdasarkan hasil skor rata-rata, pernyataan mempercepat logistik nilai skor rata-rata tertinggi berada di angka 4,8 yang artinya masyarakat merasakan dampak positif terhadap pengoperasian Jembatan Suramadu yang dulunya harus melewati laut untuk pengiriman logistik dari luar Madura maupun ke luar Madura.

I Infrastructure development facilitates the flow of distribution of goods and services. If infrastructure continues to be developed will be one of the factors that provide positive for economic development that can improve the competitiveness of regional economies in the national economy and improve the competitiveness of the national economy to the international economy. Transportation is the lifeblood of political, economic, socio-cultural, and national security defense that plays a vital role in national security. A reliable transportation system, with high structural carrying capacity and effective and efficient network capabilities, is needed to support regional development, economic development, and the mobility of people, goods and services. This study uses scoring analysis to determine the impact of the existence of Suramadu Bridge according to the perception of the people of bangkalan Regency. The results showed that based on the results of the average score, the statement facilitates the mobilization of all values above 4.0, which means that since the Suramadu Bridge, according to respondents, it has a positive impact because it makes it easier to travel that used to only be traversed using water transportation, namely ferries and respondents must go to the Port first in order to cross to the city of Surabaya. In the statement of ease in public transportation, the highest value is in Labang district with an average score of 5.0 and the lowest in Arosbaya district with an average value of 3.3 which means that people in Arosbaya do not feel the ease of using public transportation. Based on the results of the average score, the statement accelerating logistics the highest average score value is at 4.8 which means that the community feels a positive impact on the operation of the Suramadu Bridge which used to have to pass through the sea for logistics delivery from outside Madura and outside Madura. it can be concluded that the Suramadu Bridge has a significant impact on mobility with an average value of 13.25 which is in the category of highly agreed and included in the positive impact felt by the community because the community feels the ease of accessibility of transportation infrastructure that previously took quite a long time if you want to go to Surabaya or to another city using Land Transportation.
