D Di dalam proses pemboran terhadap eksplorasi minyak dan gas bumiselain dilakukannya secara vertical, tetapi ada proses pemboran dilakukan dengancara mengarahkan lubang sumur pada suatu area dengan membelokkan lubangpada sudut tertentu, yang dikenal dengan nama metode pemboran berarah. Padapemboran berarah torsi dan drag menjadi hambatan yang besar sehingga perluadanya evaluasi.Masalah pemboran terjadi karena adanya gesekan yang terjadi antardinding lubang bor. Gesekan yang terjadi tidak dapat dihindari dan akanmembesar. Beban akibat gesekan saat bor berputar dan menimbulkan reaksi torsiyang berlawanan dengan arah putaran rangkaian disebut beban torsional yangdikenai sudut kemiringan lintasan. Sedangkan beban yang terjadi pada saatrangkaian dinaikkan atau diturunkan pada lubang bor tanpa memutar rangkaianbor dan memiliki beban yang berlawanan dengan arah gerakan pahat disebutbeban drag yang dipengaruhi rangkaian pipa pemboran. Beban torsi dipengaruhioleh sudut kemiringan inklinasi lintasan pemboran, apabila inklinasi besar makabeban torsi bertambah besar. Beban drag dipengaruhi oleh gesekan antararangkaian pipa pemboran dengan dinding lubang bor saat memasukkan danmencabut rangkaian.Berdasarkan evaluasi beban torsi dan drag di tayek 17-1/2” yaitu bebantorsi saat drillstring diturunkan 202,826 lbf-ft, saat drillstring dinaikkan 132,326lbf-ft beban drag sebesar 543,133 lbf. Untuk beban hookload didapatkan sebesar932.172 𝑙𝑏𝑓 pada Rotating of Botom, 1.008.163 lbf pada Run in Hole, 1,480,581lbf pada Pull Out of Hole.

I In the process of drilling for oil and gas exploration besides doing itvertically, the drilling process is done by directing the wellbore in an area bydeflecting the hole at a certain angle, which is known as the directional drillingmethod. In torsion and drag oriented drilling, it becomes a big obstacle so itneeds evaluation.Drilling problems occur because of the friction that occurs between thewalls of the borehole. The friction that occurs is unavoidable and will enlarge.The load due to friction when the drill rotates and causes a torque reaction that isopposite to the direction of rotation of the circuit is called the torsional loadwhich is subjected to the angle of inclination of the track. While the load thatoccurs when the series is raised or lowered in the drill hole without rotating thedrill string and has a load that is opposite to the direction of the tool movement iscalled the drag load which is influenced by the drill pipe series. The torque load isaffected by the inclination angle of the drilling path, if the inclination is large, thetorque load will increase. The drag load is affected by the friction between thedrill pipe string and the borehole wall when inserting and removing the series.Based on the evaluation of the torque and drag loads in the 17-1/2” tayek,namely the torque load when the drillstring is lowered is 202,826 lbf-ft, when thedrillstring is raised 132,326 lbf-ft the drag load is 543,133 lbf. The hookloadobtained is 932,172 lbf on Rotating of Botom, 1,008,163 lbf on Run in Hole,1,480,581 lbf on Pull Out of Hole.
