P Perancangan Gaji Karyawan Menggunakan Metode PointSystem di PT Enseval Putera MegatradingPT Enseval Putera Megatrading ingin memberikan gaji yang adil bagi parakaryawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan rancangan gaji karyawan.Tahapan penelitian secara garis besar terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu analisa jabatan,evaluasi jabatan, dan penentuan besaran gaji. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalammerancang gaji yang adil bagi karyawan yaitu Point System. Dalam hal penentuanbobot digunakan metode pairwaise comparison. Hasil Analisa jabatan menunjukkanbahwa terdapat empat divisi yang akan diusulkan dalam rancangan gaji karyawan.Terdapat empat faktor utama yang digunakan dalam evaluasi jabatan. Setiap faktormemiliki sub faktor. Hasil penentuan bobot untuk faktor dan sub faktor adalah sebagaiberikut Tanggung Jawab (0.2381), dengan sub faktor peralatan (0.5771), bawahan(0.2082), bahan / produk (0.2385). Faktor Usaha (0.1699), dengan sub faktor fisik(0.5485), pikiran (0.2106), mental (0.2409). Faktor keterampilan (0.3854), dengan subfaktor pendidikan (0.4771), pengalaman kerja (0.3338), dan sifat bekerja (0.1719).Faktor kondisi kerja (0.2066), dengan sub faktor lingkungan kerja (0.5247), tempatbekerja (0.3338), risiko bekerja (0.1416). Hasil evaluasi jabatan dan penentuan besarangaji menunjukkan bahwa nilai relatif jabatan divisi distribusi dan penjualan adalah23.6938 (Rp.4.849.584.26); divisi Pharmaceutical & Medical Device adalah 27.4567(Rp.5.619.769.52); Divisi Kalbe Nutrision & Consumer Health 21.8843(Rp.4.479.210.25); dan divisi Consumer health & Beauty adalah 24.6800(Rp.5.051.435.97).

D Designing Employee Salaries Using The Point System MethodAt PT Enseval Putera MegatradingPT Enseval Putera Megatrading wants to provide fair wages for employees.This study aims to provide a proposal for employee salary design. The research stagesin outline consist of three stages, namely job analysis, job evaluation, and determiningthe amount of salary. The approach used in designing fair salaries for employees is thePoint System. In determining the weight, the pairwaise comparison method is used. Theresults of the job analysis show that there are four divisions that will be proposed inthe employee salary plan. There are four main factors used in job evaluation. Eachfactor has sub factors. The results of determining the weights for the factors and subfactors are as follows: Responsibility (0.2381), with the equipment sub-factor (0.5771),subordinates (0.2082), material / product (0.2385). Business Factor (0.1699), with subfactors of physical (0.5485), mind (0.2106), and mental (0.2409). Skills factor (0.3854),with sub-factors of education (0.4771), work experience (0.3338), and workcharacteristics (0.1719). Work condition factor (0.2066), with sub-factors of workenvironment (0.5247), place of work (0.3338), work risk (0.1416). The results of jobevaluation and determination of the amount of salary show that the relative value ofthe distribution and sales division position is 23.6938 (Rp.4.849 .584.26);Pharmaceutical & Medical Device division is 27.4567 (Rp.5.619.769.52); KalbeNutrition & Consumer Health Division 21.8843 (Rp.4,479,210.25); and the Consumerhealth & Beauty division is 24,6800 (Rp. 5,051,435.97).
