P Prestasi belajar merupakan indikator keberhasilan siswa dalam penguasaan materi pelajaran disekolah. Nilai rapor dapat digunakan untuk melihat prestasi belajar siswa. Dalam pencapaian prestasi belajar baik, siswa sering kali mengalami stres. Stres pada siswa SMA kelas XII dapat disebabkan karena tuntutan akademik seperti tugas, Ujian Akhir Sekolah dan Ujian Nasional. Karena tuntutan akademik yang besar, siswa tidur tidak sesuai dengan jam biologisnya. Hal ini menunjukkan kualitas tidur yang buruk bagi siswa SMA. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkatan stres, kualitas tidur dan hubungannya dengan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik observasional dengan desain studi potong lintang Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Consecutive sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Oktober 2018 terhadap 112 siswa SMA Bintara Depok kelas XII. Variabel tingkat stres diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner DASS 42. Variabel kualitas tidur diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner PSQI. Prestasi belajar siswa dinilai dari nilai siswa terhadap KKM. Data dianalisis dengan SPSS 20 dengan uji kemaknaan Fisher’s Exact Test. Sebanyak 94 dari 112 siswa (83,9%) mengalami stres dengan tingkatan stres terbanyak yaitu stres berat-sangat berat (49,1%).Mayoritas siswa mengalami mengalami kualitas tidur buruk (98,2%).Sebagian besar siswa memiliki prestasi belajar baik (95,5%).Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat stres dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMA, dengan nilai kemaknaan (p = 0,236).Tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMA, dengan nilai kemaknaan (p = 1,00). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres dan kualitas tidur terhadap prestasi belajar pada siswa SMA kelas XII.

A Academic achievement is the indicator of students success in academic comprehension regarding the subjects studied at school. Academic report can be used to evaluate their academic achievement. In the process to achieve this, students frequently experience emotional stress. This is partly caused by academic demands such as assignments, final exams and national exam that must be encountered by the twelfth grade students. These academic demands are responsible for the alteration of their sleeping habit that does not correspond with their biological cycle, hence these twelfth graders are vulnerable to have poor sleep quality. The aim of this study was to determine stress levels, sleep quality, and its correlation with academic achievement. This study is an analytical observational study using cross-sectional design. Sample collection was conducted using consecutive sampling technique involving a total of 112 twelfth grade students at Bintara High School Depok on September-October 2018. The stress level variable was collected using DASS 42 questionnaire. The sleep quality variable was collected using PSQI questionnates. The academic achievement was obtained with students’ grades of the odd semester report. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20 for windows and Fisher’s Exact Test.RESULTSAs many as 94 out of 112 students (83.9%) experienced the highest amount of stress levels, severe-very severe stress level (49.1%). The majority of students experienced poor sleep quality (98.2%). Most of the respondents had good academic achievement (95.5%). There was no significant correlation between stress level and academic achievement of the students, with a value of significance (p = 0,236). There was no correlation between sleep quality and academic achievement, with a value of significance (p = 1,00).CONCLUSION There is no correlation between stress levels and sleep quality on academic achievement in class XII high school students
