M Mediterania Garden Residences II merupakan sebuah hunian konvensional berupa apartemen dengan luas lahan 48728 m2 dan luas bangunan 281.187 .660 m2• Apartemen ini mempunyai 6 tower (tower E, tower F, tower G, tower H, tower J, tower K). Jumlah tipe hunian dalam setiap tower umumnya sama (typical). Setiap tower memiliki 33 lantai dilengkapi dengan basement 2 lantai di bawah bangunan untuk keperluan parkir. Sumber air bersih di dapat dari PDAM yang ditampung dalam reservoir bawah dengan kapasitas masing-masing 122.5 m3 Air bersih tersebut kemudian disalurkan menggunakan pipakekurangan tekanan digunakan pompa booster. Diameter pipa cabang mendatar adalah 65 mm - 100 mm sedangkan untuk pipa tegak air bersih 50 mm dan 150 mm. Sistem air buangan yang digunakan adalah sistem campuran, yaitu pipa air kotor dan air kotoran di salurkan ke dalam pipa yang sama dengan diameter 40 mm, 75 mm dan 100 mm. Sedangkan untuk pipa tegak air buangan setiap shaft I 00 mm - 125 mm dan 50 mm untuk pipa tegak ven.

M Mediterania Garden Residences II is a conventional residence with wide 48, 728 square meter of land and 281, 187 ,660 square meters for building. This apartment has 6 towers (Tower E, Tower F, Tower G, Tower H, Tower J, and Tower K). The quantity for each residence in each tower is similar (typical). Every tower has 33 floors that completed with2 basement floor for parking. Clean water resource is getting from PDAM then will be saved in reservoir with capacity 122.5 cubic meter. The clean water will be conveyed with pipe to upper reservoir that has 90 m3 in capacities. Then the clean water will be distributed to units of Shaft A & B with avitation. Distributing of clean water from main shaft is done evejy 7 floors while PRV.l is put in 28th and 14th floor. For 32°d, 31st,30th and 29th floors that are getting lack of pressure is using booster pump. Diameter of junction pipes is 65 - I 00 mm while for clean water~ding pipe is 50 mm and 150 mm. Waste water system that used is mi:K! system i.e. waste water pipe and waste water is conveying into the same pipes with diameter 40 mm, 75 mm dan I 00 mm. While diameter for waste water standing pipe is I 00 mm and 50 mm for ven standing pipe.
