Tuberculosis is a very infectious and dangerous opportunistic infection in patient with HIV, because Mycobacterium tuberculosis can also more easily infect and developed progressively. The mechanism that happen in this double infection can be searched by looking the clinical appearance, diagnostic test and oral manifestation. Atypical clinical appearances and delayed diagnostic tests of tuberculosis in patient with HIV are common and have made it difficult to detect this coinfected disease. The appearance of tuberculosis can be pointed out as an early symptom to detect someone have infected by HIV. Oral manifestation of tuberculosis in patient with HIV is not specific, but it should be observed more carefully.
