Evaluasi perbandingan kadar abu dan kandungan air total pada aktivitas kegiatan pertambangan pit PSG site PT Alam Sejahtera Lahat Sumatra Selatan
P Perbedaan kadar abu dan kandungan air total dari kegiatan penambangan dan penumpukan batubara secara aktual, dilakukan dengan meggunakan metode komparatif yang akan membandingkan perbedaan kadar abu dan kandungan air total secara aktual dengan standard dapat dilihat dari karakteristik fisik batubara, perbedaan selisih antara aktual dengan standard yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas batubara pada kadar abu di area Run Of Mine (ROM) pada seam A1 bulan Agustus sebesar 2,52%, seam A2 bulan Juli sebesar 2,56% dan seam B1 bulan Agustus sebesar 5,93%. Adapun pada kandungan air total di area ROM dan kadar abu di area produk crusher tidak mengalami perbedaan selisih antara aktual dengan standard yang begitu berpengaruh. Untuk kandungan air total di area produk crusher terjadi perbedaan selisih antara aktual dengan standard yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas batubara pada bulan Mei sebesar 1,68%. Faktor penyebab perbedaan kadar abu dan kandungan air total pada area ROM disebabkan oleh banyak hal seperti pengotor atau parting yang memiliki nilai kadar abu relatif tinggi, batubara yang terkontaminasi dengan material non batubara, adanya genangan air di pit serta jalur drainage yang tidak terawat. Sedangkan untuk faktor penyebab perbedaan kadar abu dan kandungan air total pada area produk crusher disebabkan oleh proses blending, terjadinya selip bone coal di hopper serta adanya genangan air.
