P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh Servant Leadership,Transformational Leadership, terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi JobSatisfaction pada Bank BUMN di Jakarta Pusat. Data dikumpulkan dari 162 respondendengan menggunakan convenience sampling sebagai metode penarikan sampel dansampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank BUMN di JakartaPusat. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini adalah uji instrumentberupa uji validitas dan realibilitas. Pengukuran. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan denganmetode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25dan AMOS versi 23. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkanpengaruh Servant Leadership, Transformational Leadership, terhadap JobPerformance yang dimediasi Job Satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian iniyaitu diharapkan Perusahaan memerhatikan keberlangsungan karyawan dalam jangkaPanjang dengan melakukan evaluasi atas Servant Leadership yang diberikan sepertipemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai prinsip Servant Leadership, dan untukmeningkatkan dukungan Transformational Leadership Perusahaan perlu miningkatkanpelatihan kepemimpinan,Selanjutnya perusahaan harus memahami factor-faktor yangmempengaruhi job satisfaction untuk meningkatkan job performance karyawan.

Companies need to increase leadership training.Furthermore, companies must understand the factors. which influences job satisfactionto improve employee job performance.
