H Hilton Air conditioning laboratory unit adalah sebuah alat simulasi untuk prosespengkondisian udara yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai macam proses psikometrikseperti pemanasan (heating), pendinginan (cooling), penambahan dan pengurangankandungan air di udara (humidifying-dehumidifying). Sistem pengukuran yangdirancang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sensor DHT22 dan sensor DS18B20berbasis mikrokontroler yaitu Arduino Uno untuk dapat menghasilkan datapengukuran kelembaban, dan temperatur udara secara real-time pada Hilton Airconditioning laboratory unit melalui software PLX-DAQ. Berdasarkan uji datacompressor, air heater, immersion heater, dan gabungan air heater dan immersionheater dengan daya 1 kW pada bagian dalam ruangan dengan rata-rata kecepatanudara 6.9-18.19 m/s didapatkan kelembaban yang konstan 59% dan kenaikankelembaban 1%. Suhu refrigran pada katup ekspansi konstan (-5 derajat celcius).Sedangkan pada bagian chamber G didapatkan kenaikan kelembaban sekitar 1%,dan suhu dalam chamber D memiliki penurunan temperatur sebesar 0.5 derajatcelcius. Dari hasil tersebut maka sistem pengukuran data real-time dengan sistemArduino layak diaplikasikamm ke sistem Hilton Air conditioning laboratory unit.
T The Hilton Air conditioning laboratory unit is a simulation tool for air conditioningprocesses that is equipped with various psychometric processes such as heating,cooling, adding and reducing moisture in the air (humidifying-dehumidifying). Themeasurement system designed in this study uses a DHT22 sensor and a DS18B20sensor based on a microcontroller, namely Arduino Uno to be able to generate realtimehumidity and air temperature measurement data on the Hilton Air conditioninglaboratory unit through the PLX-DAQ software. Based on the data test ofcompressor, air heater, immersion heater, and a combination of air heater andimmersion heater with a power of 1 kW in the interior of the room with an averageair velocity of 6.9-18.19 m/s, the humidity is constant at 59% and the humidityincrease is 1%. The refrigerant temperature in the expansion valve is constant (-5degrees celcius). While in the G chamber, the humidity increase is about 1%, andthe temperature in the D chamber has a temperature decrease of 0.5 degrees Celsius.From these results, the real-time data measurement system with the Arduino systemis feasible to be applied to the Hilton Air conditioning laboratory unit system.
