Pengaruh work load pay, social support terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan perhotelan bintang 4 di jakarta selatan
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis pengaruh Work Load Pay, Social Support terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS 26.0. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 106 karyawan Perhotelan Bintang 4 di Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Work Load Pay terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh Social Support terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention, terdapat pengaruh Work Load Pay terhadap Turnover Intention, terdapat pengaruh Social Support terhadap Turnover Intention, terdapat pengaruh Work Load Pay terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction, dan terdapat pengaruh Social Support terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction.Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer agar memperhatikan karyawan dengan memberikan motivasi dan semangat kepada karyawan untuk peduli dan ramah terhadap lingkungan melalui memberikan penghargaan atau bonus bagi karyawan yang berprestasi dalam pengelolaan lingkungan dalam lingkup perusahaan.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Load Pay, Social Support on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research conducted was quantitative research by distributing questionnaires.This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 software. The data in this study were collected from 106 4-star hotel employees in South Jakarta using a purposive sampling method.The results of hypothesis testing in the study show that there is an effect of Work Load Pay on Job Satisfaction, there is an effect of Social Support on Job Satisfaction, there is an effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention, there is an effect of Work Load Pay on Turnover Intention, there is an effect of Social Support on Turnover Intention, there is the effect of Work Load Pay on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction, and there is an influence of Social Support on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction.From the results of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for managers to pay attention to employees by providing motivation and enthusiasm for employees to care about and be friendly to the environment through giving awards or bonuses to employees who excel in environmental management within the scope of the company.
