T Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitasmanajemen rantai pasokan berbasis data terhadap kinerja organisasi pada PT.Trigoldenstar Wisesa Indonesia. Jumlah responden yang didapati ialahsebanyak 180 orang dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruhKepemimpinan Berbasis Data terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, terdapat PengaruhFokus Pelanggan Berbasis Data terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, terdapatpengaruh Pelatihan Berbasis Data terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, terdapatpengaruh Hubungan Karyawan Berbasis Data terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, danterdapat Pengaruh Kualitas Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Berbasis Data terhadapKinerja Organisasi
T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of data-based supplychain management quality on organizational performance at PT. TrigoldenstarWisesa Indonesia. The number of respondents found was 180 people using theMultiple Regression method.The results of this study conclude that there is an effect of Data-BasedLeadership on Organizational Performance, there is an Influence of Data-BasedCustomer Focus on Organizational Performance, there is an effect of Data-BasedTraining on Organizational Performance, there is an effect of Data-BasedEmployee Relations on Organizational Performance, and there is an Influence ofSupply Chain Management Quality Data-Based on Organizational Performance.
