P Pada temporary stockpile Muara Tiga Besar Utara PTBA menyediakan dua paket alat SPPH 7063-1 dan SPPH 5592. Fungsi alat pada kedua paket tersebut terdiri atas tiga fungsi, yaitu perapihan batubara masuk (bulldozer PIM-02, bulldozer PIM-04, dan excavator LMT-67), penanganan losses batubara dibawah belt conveyor (Wheel Loader PIM-01 dan BOBCAT PIM-03), dan membantu kinerja alat support lain serta kinerja satuan kerja lain (excavator PIM-05 dan PIM-06). Kebutuhan bahan bakar dan jam kerja alat support tidak tetap perhari. Kebutuhan bahan bakar dan jam kerja yang tidak tetap mengakibatkan fuel consumption alat support tergolong tinggi (high). Penyebab kebutuhan bahan bakar dan jam kerja ketujuh alat support menjadi tidak tetap dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan perhitungan fuel ratio. Hasil korelasi antara tanggal kenaikan nilai fuel ratio yang melebihi standar fuel ratio bulan April 2018 dengan laporan pemakaian alat, akan diketahui penyebab kebutuhan bahan bakar dan jam kerja alat support menjadi tidak tetap. Pada bulan April 2018 kenaikan nilai fuel ratio terjadi pada tanggal 1, 2, 9, 10, 12, 19, 21, 27, 28, 29, dan 30 April 2018 dengan standar fuel ratio sebesar 0,072 lt/ton. Penyebab kenaikan nilai fuel ratio adalah kemampuan operator kurang optimal saat batubara banyaknya batubara yang masuk dan keluar melebihi target perhari pada temporary stockpile. Pada bulan April 2018 fuel ratio tertinggi terjadi pada tanggal 12 April 2018 dengan fuel ratio sebesar 0,145 lt/ton, fuel ratio terendah terjadi pada tanggal 24 April 2018 dengan fuel ratio sebesar 0,050 lt/ton.
