B Bekasi City is a Metropolitan City in Indonesia. In addition, Bekasi City, which functions as one of the buffer zones of DKI Jakarta Province or part of the Jabodetabek megapolitan, has an abundance of activities consisting of housing, services, and trade as well as mobility matters. The government has taken steps related to the problem of mobility, namely by providing public transportation and the public has also switched to public transportation. With a variety of modes of transportation that make it easier for governments to apply the concept of TOD (Transit Oriented Development). With the contribution of supporting facilities for passenger mobility, the main market opportunities for residential and commercial areas are created.The development of the Jaticempaka Masterplan project, Bekasi City, West Java, is an effort to develop residential solutions and fill existing market opportunities such as commercial stations, residences (apartments), commercial areas, and other supporting facilities, including park & ride facilities to support commuter in the Transit Oriented Development area. According to this purpose, an architectural design was made for the design of apartments and commercial areas provided alongside the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, Bekasi City, West Java, which was integrated with the LRT station. In the approving process Robert G. Hersberger's theory is used in the analysis process and Anthony H Kathryn's theory in the process of transforming data into design relationships. In addition, the studio presents both typology and green architecture taken from various literary media during the design process. From collecting data compiled into the necessary criteria that will be analyzed into a programmatic concept then transformed into a design concept and schematic design to be further applied to design development.
