P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh organizational mission fulfillment dan perceive organizational support terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh work engangement di bank permata Regional 1 Jakarta Pusat. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuisoner yang disebarkan kepada 116 karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode non probability sampling dengan teknik sensus dan menggunakan alat analisis structural equation model (SEM). hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa: 1. Terdapat pengaruh organizational mission fulfillment terhadap work engangement. 2. Terdapat pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap work engangement. 3. Terdapat pengaruh work engangement terhadap job performance. 4. Terdapat pengaruh organizational mission fulfillment terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh work engangement. 5. Terdapat pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap job perfomance yang dimediasi oleh work engangement

T This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational mission fulfillment and perceive organizational support to job performance mediated by work engangement at the gem bank Regional 1 Central Jakarta. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 116 employees. The method used is non probability sampling method with census technique and using structural equation model (SEM) analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: 1. There is influence organizational mission fulfillment to work engangement. 2. There is influence perceived organizational support to work engangement. 3. There is influence of work engangement on job performance. 4. There is an organizational mission fulfillment effect on job performance mediated by work engangement. 5. There is influence perceived organizational support to job perfomance mediated by work engangement
